Reception Intake
Here at Eyrescroft Primary School we offer a stimulating learning environment to ensure that every child has a fantastic start to their school learning journey. We have a friendly team of staff who are dedicated to catering for the care and wellbeing of every child as well as their curriculum learning.
We are very proud of our Ofsted judgement of 'GOOD' in EYFS at Eyrescroft Primary School.
The EYFS curriculum is delivered through lots of engaging and interesting topics such as 'Amazing Autumn' and 'Marvellous Me' with lots of other topics based around children's interests. We also take part in weekly Forest School sessions where the children get to explore the outdoor environment within the school grounds. During these sessions we carry out activities such as Autumn walks, bug hunting, making clay woodland animals and lots more fantastic opportunities.
